Think Prime UK Delivery Rate Dashboard

Search buy-side UK final-mile delivery rates across all 6 tracked suppliers, by destination postcode. Built 2026-08-28 from rate cards on file — see caveats at the bottom before quoting.

Step 1 — Goods condition & quantities

Step 2 — Destination & service

Weight-based suppliers (price per total shipment weight)
SupplierZone / BandChargeable basisEstimated £ (buy)
Youngs/Eagle/Interspan is not shown here for now — ECU has confirmed this delivery rate can only be booked when the main freight is also booked with ECU, so it isn't a standalone comparison point. Total weight/volume is taken from Step 1 (pallet or carton quantities x count). Chargeable weight uses the higher of actual weight or volumetric weight: Global Freight and Bridgap select whichever of their published weight-band or CBM-band is higher, since both are printed side-by-side on their tariffs. Global Freight and Bridgap only operate ex-Felixstowe — selecting any other arrival port above will show them as not offered.
Pallet-network suppliers (price per discrete pallet)
SupplierZoneRate £/pallet (buy)Palletising £Total £ (all pallets)
Pallet tier (Micro/Quarter/Half/Full) is estimated from Step 1's dimensions and weight against Cross Country Carriers' own published pallet spec sheet, not picked manually — this applies whether the goods are already palletised or being built from loose cartons, so the same rate lookup logic is used either way. Palletways, Pallex and UPN are all sold via the same broker (CCC), who can allocate a booking to whichever of the three suits at their own discretion — so this comparison is mainly useful for sense-checking CCC's overall rate level, not for picking a single "preferred" network. Global Freight and Bridgap aren't shown in this table since they don't sell by the discrete pallet — see the Weight-based suppliers table above for those two. The Total column multiplies by the number of pallets estimated/entered in Step 1; the palletising fee only applies when cargo arrives loose.

Notes & caveats

• All figures are buy-side (cost) rates, ex-VAT, with no margin applied — for sell pricing, add Think Prime's standard margin.
• Postcode matching uses the outward code only (area + district, e.g. "SW1" or "IP1") — it does not check inward-code-level exceptions.
• Pallet tier is estimated from L x W x H and weight against CCC's published pallet spec sheet (Micro ≤150kg/60cm, Quarter ≤300kg/80cm, Half ≤600kg/120cm, Full ≤1,200kg/220cm, all on a 120x120cm base) — treat as an estimate, especially for irregular or fragile cargo; confirm with warehouse/ops before booking.
• Loose-carton volume assumes ~80% stacking efficiency on a 120x120cm base — real efficiency varies with carton shape and how well they nest.
• Palletways "LOCAL" zone (Ipswich/Cambridge area) uses a single flat rate with no Premium/Economy split, per source tariff.
• Fuel surcharges and most other accessorials (AM/timed/tail-lift/Saturday/customs) are not included in the figures above — see the workbook's "Raw" and "Methodology" tabs for the full accessorial schedules per supplier.
• Felixstowe haulier (Eagle vs Youngs) and the Liverpool/Manchester rate pairing are still unconfirmed with the hauliers directly — see project notes.
• Palletising (+£20/pallet) is Think Prime's own service fee for building loose cartons onto pallets before dispatch — confirm this still reflects current cost/pricing before quoting.
